Reservations must be made by 12 noon on the Tuesday prior the meeting Lunch cost $12 per person   If you choose not to eat lunch witth us, but would   like to attend the meeting just let us know.   There is no charge for this but  a reservation must be made To make a reservation: Email Program Chairman, Amy Hendrickson: alung@evanstrucking.com Include names of attendees company name chosen lunch or no lunch for each person.   If a lunch reservation is made and you do not attend you must cancel.   If your reservation is not cancelled prior to the meeting, you will be billed for the cost of the lunch.     The chapter cannot pay for this expense.
