 THIS WILL BE OUR NATIONAL PAYROLL WEEK CHAPTER CELEBRATION!

• PLACE:
  Place: Don Hall's Tavern of Coventry, 5745 Coventry Lane, Fort Wayne, IN
  Time: 11:30 AM until 1:15 PM (Networking Luncheon Meeting)
  
  Reservations must be made two days prior (by noon).

• OUR MEETINGS
  Our meetings are held on the third Thursday of the following months:
  August, September, October, November, February, March, April, May

• ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  You will have two luncheon choices for MOST meetings.
  When you make your reservation, give our Program Chairman 
  the following information:
  
  Name of Your Company
  
  Names of Each Person From Your Company That Will Be Attending
  
  Which Lunch Each Person That Is Attending Has Chosen
  
  If you choose to attend the meeting but do not wish to eat lunch
  
  The cost for each lunch is $12 per person and must be paid at the meeting.
  If you have made a reservation and do not attend, you are still liable
  for the cost of the lunch. Contact Erin as soon as you know you are unable
  to attend. We may be able to cancel your meal for you.
