Job Openings Change Quickly So Be Sure To Check Back Periodically Payroll Specialist CPA firm owned payroll service company located in Fort Wayne seeking a full-time payroll specialist. The position is 40 hours per week with benefits. Job responsibilities include, manage payroll processing for approximately 45 and growing, client base including, multi-state payroll tax return filing, reporting to clients, quarterly tax return preparation and manage all federal and state tax payments. The position also includes managing the firm’s payroll, 401k and billing of all payroll clients. Year end work involves filing and preparation of W-2s and 1099s.
