but a reservation must be made

company name

chosen lunch

or no lunch

for each person.

If a lunch reservation is made

and you do not attend

you must cancel.

If your reservation

is not cancelled

prior to the meeting,

you will be billed

for the cost of the lunch.

The chapter cannot pay for this expense.
